In this shamanic journey, you will travel within your imagination to one special tree that holds meaning for you. It may be a tree in your yard, along a favorite trail, in a nearby park, or a tree you have carried in your memory for many years.
We will enter sacred space and journey to this tree with gratitude, presence, and reverence. You will be invited to offer a blessing, a gift, or a simple act of devotion in the journey space. This is a way of honoring the life, wisdom, and quiet companionship this tree offers.
This journey is an invitation into relationship with the natural world. It is a chance to slow down, listen deeply, and simply be with the living presence of the tree.
You are welcome to bring your drum, rattle, or other shamanic instrument if you’d like, but nothing is needed beyond your presence and willingness to journey. Afterward, there will be space for optional sharing in circle for anyone who feels called to reflect on their experience. All are welcome!

It is also a platform that hosts thousands of teachers (myself included) who not only produce this recorded content, but also host live talks and meditations.
