Most sessions happen over Zoom, so you can join from wherever you're most comfortable. We follow what's actually alive for you that day, whether that's conversation, Reiki, meditation, somatic practices, or simply making space for stillness. We meet as equals, with curiosity instead of a fixed script. If you're looking for a checklist to fix your problems, this probably won't be the right fit. If you're curious about what's underneath those problems, we will have a lot to explore!

While most of my work is online, I do offer in-person sessions in my healing space, located in Westbrook, CT.

Yes! You don't need a crisis or a diagnosis to start. Most clients are doing fine by every outward measure and still feel like something's missing. That's reason enough.

We have a free, no-pressure conversation of up to 60 minutes on Zoom before you enroll in anything. We'll talk about what's bringing you here, answer your questions, and see if it feels like a good fit. There is no obligation to book afterward.

A Discovery Call is required before beginning a package.

Both packages offer the same level of care and the same commitment to your growth. The difference isn't the quality of the work; it's the amount of space we give it.

The Standard Package includes one hour per session. It's a practical, familiar rhythm where meaningful change can absolutely happen. Traditional Reiki fits comfortably within the hour; a full Shamanic Reiki session needs more time.

The Expansive Package offers two hours per session. That extra time creates a different kind of container, with room for a full Shamanic Reiki session.

We've been conditioned to think energy work and coaching should fit neatly into sixty minute appointments. Sometimes that's exactly what's needed. But some of the most transformative moments happen after you've finally exhaled, when there's no need to rush or watch the clock.

If you're craving a slower, more spacious experience with room to follow whatever unfolds, the Expansive Package makes that possible.

It's a blend of classical Usui Reiki (channeling universal life force energy for your highest good) and shamanic practices such as journeying, working with spirit guides, and connecting with nature. Every session stays rooted in Reiki, but follows intuition rather than a fixed script. So, we might also use oracle cards, meditation, or other shamanic tools depending on what feels right.

Traditional Reiki follows a gentler, more structured flow and fits well within an hour. Shamanic Reiki is a deeper, richer experience that utilizes sacred rituals, tools, and instruments that are not part of a traditional session. Shamanic Reiki unfolds more slowly, with time to journey, deeply listen, and integrate. Because of this, Shamanic Reiki sessions are only available within the Expansive Package.
