Low Mood Day...?

I’m having a Low Mood Day.

I find it very interesting that minds tend to slap the label of having a “Low Mood Day” when only SOME of the day was experienced that way. If I really reflect on it, I experienced pockets of laughter, delight, contemplation, deep peace, contentment, and a whole bunch of other feelings, too. Even the perceived cloud of a ”low mood” did not stay stationary.

The next time you feel like you’re in a “low mood,” be really curious about what is ACTUALLY occurring from one moment to the next. What does "low mood" even mean? Is the low mood there every single second? I’ll bet you’ll be surprised that there is a lot more variation in your feelings than the highly generalized story that your mind is telling.
